What is a Criminal
History Check?
A Criminal history check is a 7 year (further if requested),
“Hands On’ search of records is conducted
and includes both misdemeanor and felony convictions in
most courts are reported to you. You are provided with
all available information of convictions including charges,
offense date, conviction date, dispositions and sentencing
and any extra information that available from the courts.
Is it always felony
and misdemeanor searches?
Yes, 99% of the time. In some counties felony only is
allowed. We have available an exception report that lists
the counties or jurisdictions that are felony only.
How do you do that?
We have researchers across the USA and Canada that visit
courthouses daily. They research the archives at the courts
and abstract the information from the files they find.
They fax or call the findings to us, and we in turn notify
you.
Do we get
copies of the cases or just information?
We can order, view obtain photocopies or certified court
case docket copies from the courts upon request.
How is the information
transferred?
Requests and results can be sent via the Internet*, e-mail*,
or toll free fax. We customize our searches to meet each
